The list below, which is intended as a starting point not an end in itself, comprises a mixture of general histories and archaeological reports. If unavailable in your local library, or from the County Record Office, these titles and many more can be found in the Worcestershire Archaeology Society Library, which is housed at The Commandery, Sidbury, Worcester. The library is staffed on a part-time basis by members of the Worcester Archaeological Society and is available for consultation by prior appointment (telephone 01905 361823). Additional help and information can aslo be obtained from the City Museum's Heritage Information Officer (01905 361825) and Archaeological Officer (01905 361824).
