A Hill, Evans and Co. Malt Vinegar bottle. Hill, Evans and Co Ltd. made many different types of vinegar, such as malt, spiced, pickling, white wine and raspberry vinegar. At the turn of the 20th century the firm was producing two million gallons of vinegar per year. |
