What does the Service offer?

Prints may be borrowed for up to a month initially: renewals may be made in person subject to the availability of the print. Individuals may borrow a maximum of 2 prints at any one time: schools and colleges may borrow up to 4 prints.

Some prints are easily portable and could be tucked under your arm; others may need to be transported by car: please ask gallery staff for advice.

How do you borrow a print?

Visit the art gallery information desk during opening hours.

Register as a member of the Print Loan Service - you will need to provide two printed documents as proof of identity and address (e.g. a driving license).

Select a print by viewing high resolution PC images.

Reserve the print and pay the hire fee - £5.00 per print.

Collect the print on the following Friday or Saturday.

Return the print by the due date (a month following collection).
