Sat 8th Oct		The Big Draw: FREE Saturday 8th October 11.00am – 4.00pm To celebrate the 2011 Big Draw, we welcome you to Stories in Pictures, in conjunction with Worcester City Library, be inspired by professional book illustrators Andi Watson and Sarah Millin. Andi and Sarah will talk you through their work (and stories!), from the first seed of an idea to the completed illustration. Then you can create you very own story character or story strip and create a 3D Hungry Caterpillar or Beautiful Butterfly, basing your design on specimens from the Museum’s Natural History collection. The Library Team will also be running story time sessions for the younger members of the family.. SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE.
Tue 25th Oct		Sticky Webs, Dancing Spiders, Batty Bats, Witch and Wizards Hats! Tuesday 25th October 10.30am – 12.30pm for 5 – 12 years Come along to the Art Gallery and Museum to make some deadly decorations just in time to thrill and spook your friends. Cost: £4.50 per child.. BOOKING ESSENTIAL.
Thu 27th Oct		Funny Bones Thursday 27th October 11.00am – 4.00pm Come along and create a larger than life ‘funny bones’ skeleton! His limbs will dance and he can have a toothy grin. Dress him up and take him home. A great family/team project. Cost: £3.00 per skeleton.. NO BOOKING REQUIRED.

		The Activity Space Based in the heart of the Museum and Art Gallery, the Children’s Activity Space is a lovely bright and welcoming place for all the family. Use the materials provided to create your own masterpiece and just sit and watch the children have fun! The Activity Space is available for hire at certain times, for more information please contact the Visitor Services Manager on 01905 25371.
		Costs All workshops run from 10.30am – 12.30pm, for 5 – 12 year olds and cost £4.50 per child unless otherwise stated.
