The Big Draw: Make your mark on the future

Join us at Worcester City Art gallery and Museum to 'Make your mark on the Future!' We are asking everyone to contribute to our huge printed 'rainbow of hands' and to think about our World's endangered environment. Take inspiration from our wonderful Natural History collection – treasures from the oceans, animals, birds and beasties – then paint, draw or make a 3D logo to help save our natural world.

Booking essential

Join us to create mythical costumes to celebrate Autumn. By the end of the session you will have tunics and headdress that will be printed and jewelled with the riches and fiery colours of the season!
Cost: £4.50 child / £6.50 adult (special family ticket available)

Worcester Society of Artists

The annual exhibition by this enthusiastic group of local artists is always a popular event. The exhibition includes a wide range of paintings and ceramics, many of which are for sale.

   

The Activity Space

Based in the heart of the Museum and Art Gallery, the Children’s Activity Space is a lovely bright and welcoming place for all the family. Use the materials provided to create your own masterpiece and just sit and watch the children have fun! The Activity Space is available for hire at certain times, for more information please contact the Visitor Services Manager on 01905 25371.

   

Costs

All workshops, unless otherwise stated, will cost £6.50 Adults / £4.50 child or a special family ticket is available at £17.50 (2 adults/2 children). BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. To book a place, contact the Gallery on 01905 25371, or call in at the Art Galler y Desk. Credit/debit cards welcome.
