St Peter the Great Church, from the south west (1835)

The medieval church of St Peter the Great from the south-west prior to demolition in 1835, painted by H.H.Lines. The church stood at the corner of King Street and St Peter's Street. The church was first mentioned in 969 as dedicated to the saints Perpetua and Felicity.
