Dolday (1902)

by E.A.Phipson

Dolday was the north-westernmost street of medieval Worcester. It was largely occupied by people associated with the cloth industry. It fell into decline from the 18th century, and this view of 1902 by E.A.Phipson shows it prior to clearance. Today only the lower part of the street still exists as a busy traffic route.
