22 Lowesmoor (1904)
by E.A.Phipson

Lowesmoor developed as a suburb of the medieval city along one of the main routes east from the city walls. Most properties were rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries during the great industrial expansion, but a few examples of earlier timber-framed buildings survived into the 20th century. 22 Lowesmoor was painted by E.A.Phipson in 1904, and has since been demolished.
