Bull Entry and Birdport marked on the 1886 1:2500  Ordinance Survey map The area along Birdport and Bull Entry (marked on the left on the 1886 1:2500 OS map) was demolished as part of a slum clearance during the 1930's, while the line of Birdport was changed during the 1940's to become Deansway.

Bull Entry still exists, but now as a driveway which runs behind the College of Technology's St Wulstan's building - originally built as a police station in 1939.
