St Peter's Church during the 1890's. The church replaced its
medieval predecessor in 1836-8; however it was proved to be structurally
unsafe and consequently demolished in 1976. The surrounding buildings
were demolished as part of a slum clearance in the 1930's. Today the
same area is covered largely by the Worcester Porcelain car park. |
