St Peter's Church marked on the 1886 1:2500 OS map

St Peter's Church, originally a medieval construction, was rebuilt in 1836-8 (marked on the left on the 1886 1:2500 OS map); however it was proved to be structurally unsafe and was consequently demolished in 1976. The surrounding buildings were demolished as part of a slum clearance in the 1930's. Today the same area is covered largely by the Worcester Porcelain car park.
