... The Commandery tells all!
A fun way to discover the way people used to live during our six periods of history. Led by specialist theatre company, ‘Pattern 23’. Combine with tailored topic activities: Medieval Life, Tudor Life, Civil War, Victorian Life or Building Detectives.

The focus is on historical enquiry and local history.

The activities are designed to encourage the children to question and problem solve. They can study a range of sources. These include artefacts, buildings, the historic environment and documentation.

They will practise the key skills of communication and team working.

Links to other areas of the curriculum are:
Art and Design, Geography, Numeracy, Literacy, Science and ICT
