The Commandery is a wonderful venue for groups wishing to enjoy a day out in historic surroundings. A glorious grade 1 listed site dating back to the 12th century the Commandery has exciting stories to tell you about its’ colourful past and the lively characters who have lived here.

Using state of the art audio interpretation visitors can choose from six key periods in the Commandery’s history. From Medieval times to the 1950’s via the Tudors, the Civil War, the Georgians and the Victorians, the Commandery allows you to be transported to the period of your choice. Enjoy also our peaceful gardens, guided tours, hands on activities and magnificent architecture, all in the heart of historic Worcester.
