The Commandery Chronicle - An exhibition telling the
story of the Commandery site from its origins as a Saxon chaple
through its use as a medieval hospital, Civil War HQ, Printers
and College for the Blind. This exhibition is located in the

The exhibition
includes a wonderful 1:500 scale reconstruction of the walled
city in the 13th century built by model makers Hugh Watson and
Dave Austin, and Jeremy Burr. This model originally featured
in a special Y2000 exhibition at the Commandery called Plotting
the Past Planning the Future - part of which can be browsed
by clicking here.
