Washing machine patent, 1860 - click on image to Go Back

Patent indenture, complete with Royal Seal and specification, for the invention of a washing machine, dated 1860. Invented by an engineer called Nicholas Walton and sold to the Canadian Washing Machine Company, Worcester in 1866.
