Note from the donor, Iain Rutherford: "As a boy I recall visiting the small Subbuteo factory near Tunbridge Wells in Kent at about this time to collect teams painted in the colours of Brazil and Argentina (my brother had an unhealthy fascination with the playing style of Antonio Rattin, the Argentinian captain sent off in the quarter-final against England in 1966)." |
